Ordered teriyaki chicken but was given spicy teriyaki chicken. Was in a rush to bring the food to the beach to watch the sunset so I unfortunately didn’t realize until it was too late

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered food and prepaid for pickup. Get to store to pick up and find out they don’t offer what I ordered. Why even offer and have it on the menu?Would not recommend this place. 0/10 F-

Jason at the front counter was fantastic! He had great recommendations and suggestions. He was super apologetic that they were out of steak and all around made it a great visit. We dined in and I saw this was his interaction with all customers. Great job!

It's all madness... Been seeing a couple of the franchise here and there with a lot of hesitation but being out here in Kapolei PC is the other location I thought a simple bowl would be a nice lunch. Concept is easy you start with your protein from the famous chicken to tofu, steak, salmon and even orange chicken there was eight types to choose from which then is the size (jr, reg or large) then it's your starch white or brown rice is no additional charge, fried rice, yakisoba noodles or make it a power bowl with all veggies or make it Yakisoba style to have them toss it all together are +$2.49. The veggies it also comes with are cabbage, broccoli and carrots are a nice addition, what I do like is the option to have in different size versus a large plate lunch is great and the huge amount of seating is really great along with the fun and vibrant decor. Staff was nice as he was tidying an area up greeted me as I walked in and promptly took my order and brought it out to me when it was ready...the madness is in Kapolei. Thank you!

I ordered the protein bowl for take out only to come home to a bowl of rice and cabbage. They gave me 3 cut strips of a chicken breast and a square of salmon that was burnt.. Also when I went in they were blasting rap music really loud with the kitchen lights off while several customers were waiting for food.. Overall bad experience and I won't be going back to this unprofessional restaurant.

First time coming to this new restaurant in the area. I was greeted with a super friendly cashier. He explained everything on how to order. And guided me to the vegetarian pescatarian side. I chose the tofu with the noodles. You can get it with white rice, fried rice noodles, etc. And an option of vegetables. I thought I ordered it with vegetables I did not get that. So if you want vegetables asked for you don't get much with a regular order. I ordered my meal to go, it came with two side teriyaki sauce is a bowl of noodles and some cooked tofu with a pinch of veggies. There's enough food for two people or for two nights. It was teriyaki bowl was OK, I might have liked it better if I had it at the restaurant. I hate it hours later and maybe the sauce not being cooked and made a difference. But what I like the best, was the crab Rangoon. They also have a salmon option. I will try this restaurant again and this time I will sit down inside the restaurant.

Pretty bad, seems like my chicken was cooked the day before then just reheated when I ordered it.

Delicious! I loved the chicken breast teriyaki bowl with soba noodles and veggies. Hr allowed us to customize our bowls and even gave us extra teriyaki sauce. So flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly. Chicken was grilled with good flavor. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Casual dining that you order at the counter. Good music, not too loud. I'll be back.

The restaurant is clean and streamline. They had a TV on with some cartoons playing. The server was nice and greeted us when we came in. The food was okay. It's a bit overpriced and I was not impressed. We ordered three plates ~ 1 chicken teriyaki and 2 orange chicken with yakisoba. It just didn't hit the mark. We ordered chicken pot stickers and the crab ragoons. The family enjoyed the ragoons. The pot stickers were tasty. I think it was not worth $70, but we ate it anyway.

The spicy teriyaki wax hyped, so I tried it. The chicken was good with an expected kick. They really need to work on their vegetables. It was served either way a lot of cabbage and lityle else.

We were on vacation and visited this location. The lady who greeted us was very rude with very bad customer service. We let the manager know and the worker became so mad that wanted to fight us. She was outside waiting to fight, her co worker had to go out and speak to her. The food was really good.

The crab Rangoon was gummy in the middle as the dough was undercooked. The broccoli in one meal was raw. The "vegetables" in my meal was just cabbage. Poor quality at high prices, we won't be going back.
