“Definitely have to come to this place. I had the ahi medium rare blackened with cole slaw, homestyle fries, and cajun rice. It was absolutely perfect. Just had to add a little bit of salt. The ahi was cooked perfectly, which is exactly what I'd expect from a seafood place. The cole slaw wasn't exactly the vinegar kind but also not the sweet kind. They added dill, which gave it a subtle snap but was very creamy with very crunchy veggies. The cajun rice was cooked perfectly with just a hint of spice. I could stand more spice, but I can see why the choice was made to be less spicy. Fiance got the calamari and chips. Those were also amazing. Perfectly cooked, not rubbery or chewy. The breading was flavorful with some great texture. They cuts of squid are from the body and not the tentacles like you see other places. Also got a Mai Tai. It was pretty strong and at 12$ I feel it was worth it. Overall really can't recommend enough. I'm absolutely coming back.“
“Always 5 star food and service! Ryan is one of 3 servers we sit with regularly and he is always attentive and prompt. By far the best app's on Island - we always get the honey lavender shrimp, sushi, coconut curry with coconut rice on the side. This time we also enjoyed the Octopus which was also delicious. Ribeye is always stellar and we add on the Sweet potato Mash because it's silky and ono. Our only request is to bring back the coconut rice - it's soo good! Brent is a stellar Manager and he always makes you feel right at home!“

“Simply the best fish tacos I've ever had. Every place has a slightly different version of fish tacos, I try them everywhere I go, and have my own recipe that I make from home. Until eating at Coconuts. I've never found one quite as good as the ones I make at home. The mango salsa, coconut slaw. And toasted double tortilla shell at Coconuts all combine for a fantastic and unique taco. Portion size is great, price is great for Maui. Fast service, great open environment.“
“Been to Cafe O' Lei 2 times. First time had the almond crusted mahi mahi. Very good could use a little more white ginger sauce. 2nd time my wife had the honey roasted macadamia nut pork. Beautiful and good! The poke appetizer was the best part of the meal. We had the Mushroom catch of the day (Mahi mahi) and the Ahi Tuna. The entrees were on the smaller side, but with appetizer and dessert, it was just enough.“

“We had such an incredible time. The calamari was so good. We also had braised short ribs and the seared blackened ahi. My bf is a trained chef from Wolfgang Puck who is typically very critical of the food. He said it was delicious food and sauces. The pineapple upside cake with ice cream was orgasmic. We'll be back!! “I am so glad we tried Morimoto Maui for the first time. We saw a spectacular sunset from our table with live Hawaiian entertainment as part of the backdrop. The food was excellent, and we had the best possible service and attention from Alex. He helped guide us to try these foods and I highly recommend them all. Rock shrimp tempura - wow! - prepared 2 ways, the seafood toban yaki, angry chicken and a shared duck fried rice. Amazing! “The best, period.We’ve been going here for 4 years ever since getting a tip from a local. All praises to sing, no complaints. Everything is caught the day of, so it’s incredibly fresh. My friend who normally hates tuna will only eat tuna from the South Maui Fish Company.
