Fresh fish paired with a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The owner was super helpful in making recommendations, and running through the various fish that they serve. The pineapple slaw was also excellent!Parking: Limited parking in the lot, but there’s some street parking around the corner.Kid-friendliness: Our toddlers shared a grilled fish plate, which was plenty to go around.
I may have posted a review before, but this place is deserving of another one. We have been coming here for years, and we make a point of being able to eat here multiple times when we are in Maui. Everything is delicious, you can’t go wrong with anything you order. The fish tacos are unique, delicious, and I have never found a taco that has as large a piece of fish. The best, period.We’ve been going here for 4 years ever since getting a tip from a local. All praises to sing, no complaints. Everything is caught the day of, so it’s incredibly fresh. My friend who normally hates tuna will only eat tuna from the South Maui Fish Company. It’s just incredible food.If you don’t know whether to choose between the traditional and spicy, get half and half!Thanks to Leyla (hopefully I spelled your name right) for helping us out!
