“The atmosphere is hard to beat. You are sitting at a restaurant within feet of Kaanapali beach sand and the ocean, overlooking both Lanai and Molokai as you enjoy fabulous food in Maui! “The best Mai Tai in Maui! This is located in Whaler’s Village and we went for the Mai Tai hype and it was worth it! The ambience is so Hawaii, food especially fried and gnocchi, service and vibe is great. They have non alcoholic Mai Tai version too“
“Place was great and food was good but service was ok. First we had to wait at the door for 10 minutes when there was many tables open . The hostess seated us and then took another 10 minutes to take our order. Thankfully the busboy came to our rescue. I could see our food sitting on the counter for another 10 minutes and the busboy finally brought it to us. I saw a group come in seat themselves and then wave to the lady to order. They had obviously been here before. Food was very good and the place was clean and fun. Maybe the girl was new ? I would still recommend anyone to try this new place“
“The food was good. They were short staffed but you wouldn't have known it. The service was quick and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and it was delicious. The atmosphere is kinda funky. We spent a lot of time looking around at all the oddities in every nook and crany.“
“This is by far my favorite pool bar to come to in Hawaii! David has remembered us each year we come back. That’s amazing to think you only see a couple a few days a year but remember them each year. “Our hearts are broken for Lahaina, one of our favorite places on earth. We spent our last night on the island in May at the Pioneer Inn and walked over to the Sunrise Cafe for a leisurely breakfast. We enjoyed the humor of our server and the coziness of the front room. Our food was great! We will be back someday and hope this place rebuilds. We would love to eat there again.“
“We had a fabulous time at Ulana. I went with my niece and grand nephews, and the food quality and choices were amazing, and the service unbelievable. I cannot say enough good things about our meal there. We had the brunch, and so many times at other restaurants, the servers can be very scarce during brunch. Our server (so very sorry, can't remember his name), was attentive without being intrusive, and always there when we needed ANYTHING. Highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Fairly expensive bar at the Marriott Ocean Club main pool. The staff was very friendly, nice and service was quick. The drinks were very tasty, but did not have a lot of alcohol in them. I would highly suggest the Kalua pulled pork nachos ($20) and the Makai Lava Flow frozen drink ($15).Parking: Parking is located in the Marriott parking garage which had plenty of spaces but required going up many floors. I am not sure if those not staying at the Marriott can park as it requires a room key to enter.Kid-friendliness: Located at the Marriott pool with seating next to and in the general vicinity so there is plenty of room for the kids to enjoy themselves and play.“

Food doesn't come out cold, glasses say full and he is always ready with a suggestion and a smile. Ryan's personality and work ethic are exemplary. Promote this man into leadership positions.“
“Outdoor restaurant at the Hyatt serving food and drink right next the the beach. The restaurant can be accessed by the beach paved path or from within the Hyatt. They have a few chicken sandwiches available which can be hard to find on the island as most places server pork and fish. Nice atmosphere with live music at times.“

“Beautiful restaurant & great customer service. We throughly enjoyed our meal, the food was excellent, I also really appreciated how accommodating they were of our young children. They made sure our food was out quickly and just over all made a fun experience. I would highly recommend coming here and get the hula pie it was wonderful!“
