Friendly staff and in a great location on Kalapaki beach. Good drinks and great, reasonably priced food (we had breakfast, lunch, and appetizers here over the course of our trip). Although not listed on the menu, they have gluten free options (including bread for toast or sandwiches) if you ask. Live music in the evenings and beautiful at sunset!
The sushi was great although the steak was the worst Ive ever had. And the price was sky high! Most of the steak was fat and what wasn't was tough. I should have sent it back but I was too shy. I will if there is a next time. The service was good and friendly. It is a lovely atmosphere. Just don't order the ribeye steak . I can't express how bad it was

3 stars is probably too generous, but the breakfasts are pretty good - hard to mess up macadamia-covered pancakes. And the staff for the most part are very friendly. I Won't be trying the dinner entrees because the appetizers are so lame, they served as fair warning. I am certain the 2 we tried, the Grilled Pork Potstickers and Vegetable Spring Rolls were frozen versions from Costco. The "spring rolls" were actually fried egg rolls and I could have done a better job heating them...read full review
