“Small but very friendly restaurant tucked away in Mililani mauka. The girl up front was very nice and friendly. The food was very good I didn’t know what to expect. The shoyu pork was amazing definitely would get again. My wife got the ahi cakes and she enjoyed them too. My son got the teriyaki chicken it was a little dry, but he did enjoy the hotdog. Would definitely go back and try other dishes.”

“The food is good. I wish the ice cream was throughout and not just on top. The flavour would have been better. The crepe is very neutral. For a dessert crepe, it could have been sweeter. Despite this, they are the best crepes I have had on island so far.”

“I am a firm believer that some of the best food you can get in Hawaii comes from small, local food trucks like Flyin' Ahi. I finally got the chance to try them after wanting to go for years. Usually I wouldn't be able to because of work but I took advantage of the Veteran's Day holiday to make my way over. Located in Mililani Tech Park next to other food trucks.The baked crab stuffed Ono with truffle sauce caught my eye. But I also wanted to try their signature kalbi fries, plus spicy ahi poke... Luckily the kind owner was able to combine all that into one fat plate. Everything was amazing! The truffle cream sauce is to die for. The fries were fried up perfectly crispy with a generous portion of kalbi on top. And the spicy ahi was great too, I liked how it wasn't the usual mayo-based sauce.Service was super quick and friendly. The owner was generous enough to add some spicy ahi into the blackened ahi salad we got too. I'll definitely come back to this spot when I have another day off and want to treat myself.”

“I meant to take pics but smelling my food on the ride home, I forgot about pictures and straight devoured my food . I had the OG and my wife had the Paniolo. We also had fries , tots, and onion strings. Everything was killah. Full on broke da mout action. The wasabi sauce was my favorite with my burger and the sides. This place get action. He even has crispy jerky too. I wen wack the whole bag before I got home lol. Buggah is mean .”

“I had very high hopes for this place.A few weeks ago, I stopped by for the first time and got beef curry and gyoza to go. It was spectacular! Decided to go for the ramen next visit.And I did.I wanted to get the thickest, most robust flavored soup, so I got the "Special" tonkotsu black garlic ramen.I really liked the visual presentation. Very vibrant, neat and appetizing.As with most ramen takeouts, the soup and noodles were packaged in separate containers. Before pouring the soup into the ramen bowl, I took a little sip.It was a tad disappointing, as I had such high hopes for this shop. The soup was a bit on the bland side. I guess the fried garlic chips are supposed to carry the flavor but there's nothing else. What I did notice was a slight slimy texture and a hint of odor. This probably indicates that inferior pork bones were used to draw the soup stock.For those of you who don't know how tonkotsu soup is made, ignorance is bliss. If you knew exactly what's in it, you may be traumatized!So, I'll spare you the details. What I will say is that hours of boiling the pork bones is needed to extract the umami, but other ingredients are crucial too. Grated ginger, garlic cloves, salt and pepper are some of the common items that are used. Despite the shortcomings of the tonkotsu soup, I have high hopes that Rakumen could be a top contender in the ramen world if they tweaked their soup just a little bit. Use better quality pork bones would be one. Adding a bit more flavor would be the other. *I had some leftover soup, so I added a little grated ginger and garlic with a few drops of la-yu to it and already, it was about as good as the other ramen shops in town. I give them 4 stars despite the seemingly harsh critique of their tonkotsu, because of their prompt and courteous service. But most of all, I believe that they will only get better.Looking forward to visiting again to up them to 5 stars!”

“How can you go wrong with Po Sings!!! They have one of the best Pork Hash since Libbys is no more. Plus they arr located centrally and arr pretty easy to get too. I do wish they had pepeau though. So delicious!♡”

“Heavy plate of beef stew for $11. It was sooooo delicious. It doesn't have a strong tomato paste taste like so many others on O'ahu. This is my new go-to spot for comfort foods”

“Great to hang, but so crowded and cramped. Nighttime gets chilly and staff encourage to buy drinks. But the food was good, just I wish it was more of a restaurant rather than it being segregated.”

“Great taco option for us in Mililani! Food truck taco and burrito options. No seating available. Priced very fair. Very tasty!! Got 2 tacos - chicken, fish (they were out of carne asada) and 1 shrimp burrito. Fish and shrimp were breaded. Tacos are street style but very generous with the protein.
