Soooooooo, I thought the reason for ordering online was for convenience. DEFINITELY NOT when it comes to Taco Bell. We ordered online on the way there, maybe 10 min out. We choose drive-thru for pick up but when we got there the drive-thru was ridiculous so I decided to go inside to tell them I was there. I waited for an HOUR for my food. I came to Taco Bell today for lunch. I usually either from the app or the kiosk. I had decided to order from the kiosk, but upon me entering, there was a sign stating that the kiosk was down. It was refreshing to order from the person at the register. She was friendly and truly gave service with a smile. I wish I could remember her name. I did not have to wait long for my food. As a lifetime Taco Bell lover I don’t say this lightly, this is my favorite Taco Bell. Not going to lie.. some Taco Bell’s have off days, but not this one. Every time I come the food gets better. I don’t know if I’ve ever had to wait long because I don’t care. It’s worth the wait. I love the dining room. The bathroom is always spotless. You do need to ask for the key but that’s ok.Vegetarian options: You can swap anything for a vegetarian option.
