Burger King has become my go-to fast food restaurant as of late while their competitors like Jack In The Box and Taco Bell can't seem to get their act together. Burger King has been very efficient and I haven't gotten cold and/or old food in quite some time. They've made big improvements.

Bruh, I come here a lot. This is the only fast food I like because the burgers are fire and better than most fast food places. Tonight after I drank my whole soda I realized the bottom of my cup had black specks and the crevices had this black ring around it. Idk if it's the cup itself, the ice machine, or soda that they use that needs to be sanitized properly but I feel super grossed out.

Burger King has a comprehensive feedback and survey program but I'm here since the Hawaii operators aren't permitting the survey link/code to function as intended. I made every attempt to have my order and experience recovered by the store but it was pointless to even approach the crew or the person I charge.My family order a very simple Whopper plus fries only to find a foreign object in the sandwich, about 1 inch diameter and resembling a bottle seal cap or pull-tab from something like a ketchup or condiment container. Yes, the store may not use such items, but I got the burger from the store and within 10 minutes had bitten into this solid piece of plastic lodged in the Whopper.At first the manager and the crew were quite hostile and interrogative. Not how one should present a recovery opportunity regardless of how the staff and managers feel about the genuine nature of the complaint.I had to return the following week to correct the situation and neither my family and I were happy at the hostility and rudeness from the staff. Rather than inspect the object that was almost eaten by me and alleviate the guest's bad experience, the crew only and only made a poor quality whopper for me and not recompense my child's food who had to stop her meal due to being cautious of debris in the food.I would like to have provided honest survey and feedback to RBI and give the proprietor of this location some chance at good publicity due to someone's error, but the demeanor of the staff and the impact to my family's experience ensures I won't return here nor speak positively about my experience here to coworkers and friends.If RBI or the proprietor would like me to clarify and detail what happened, please feel free to contact us here and we can provide additional info.

Staff are rude, no manners and no customer service. We’re dining there and used the bathroom and staff name ALMA said “you wait I’m busy!” WOW!!! what an attitude!!!

Not very clean..people standing around doing nothing..NO REFILLABLE DRINKS..COME ON REALLY.. never again..and because I said plain with mayonnaise and ketchup doesn't mean put on much so it that is coming out all over the place..GROSS???
