Oh, boy. Chicken fajita pita was room temperature. Pita and chicken were not warm but the salad stuff in there was OK. Did not get the salsa with it. They forgot to put that in the bag. They would have not given me the pita at all, if I hadn’t reminded them. New people?

Food Was Amazing! Customer Service Was Very Bad! After Ordering And Went To The Window To Pay And Get Our Food This Guy Had Me To Repeat What I Ordered And Drinks As Well??????? Plus After Repeating Ordering Was Missing 1 Drink, Had To Ask Again For Sauces For Our Order And Ask For My Receipt!!! They need to replace drive thru receipt printer. After they underwent construction they still had same printer from 4 years ago with unreadable receipts. I would've otherwise sent my review to official Jack site but QR code and reference number to receipt was partially printed.

I have had many orders made wrong whenever I order at night. They ALWAYS forget something or don’t give enough of something. Don’t order at night, in fact just order somewhere else if it’s late. Don’t bother calling either because they’ll never answer the line, until it cuts into a fax type sound and ends the call. Tried calling for an hour straight and got no answer. It’s not worth your sanity. I did want to express how dissatisfied I am with Jack in The Box 328 Kamehameha Hwy location. Are you guys purposely messing things up? You all know we are paying money for your service, so please give your best service! Act like you’re serving someone you truly care about because that’s the only type of service you should be giving to your customers too! Please do better!

Quite possibly the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. I never expect good service because you know ... It's Jack in the Box but waiting 20 + minutes in the drive through for 3 items was crazy. Please avoid this place if you can ! Newly remodeled for an even slower experience:)
