The pulled pork grilled cheese is REALLY GOOD! Almost like Texas toast style. The mac has too much pepper and it’s not creamy at all. I didn’t eat the Mac. The pineapple coleslaw is nothing to rave about either. Not fresh pineapple so there is no pineapple flavor. It was alright. I would eat here again without a side.
Finally made to Tin Hut to try their BBQ. I was very intrigued when I heard Frank Diaz on the radio a few weeks ago tell his story about his company and some of the struggles he went through during COVID. I really felt the urge to support this local business who has also in turn supported many other local businesses as well. I like the food. Are you sure this place is still open? I struck out the last 4 or 5 times I came to get something. All attempts made within the posted hours window. Been missing the peppers and beans.
