The store was quick, and the food was good and hot. Well made food, friendly staff. The only issue I have is that when we pulled up we were asked by a random homeless person for food. We, of course, grabbed something for this homeless person because, I mean people get hungry... But it kinda stinks to have to worry someone is going to come up to your car asking you for money/food when you're just trying to have a relaxing day with the family... My Spicy Grilled Cheese Nacho Steak Fries was good in taste, but the presentation wasn't it & I had a very small portion of it especially the fries, it was about 5 of them. Also, I don't like the drinks come in a paper cup here. The service was slow as well and it wasn't packed that day.

There was something horribly wrong Sunday night 11/13. The line for the drive thru was four deep on the street. I waited for almost 20 minutes, only one car pulled out from the window and two others besides myself gave up and drove away. I'm not sure if it was a food problem or a staffing problem but the owner lost thousands with this incident. Please try to do better for your customers!
