Went and ordered 2 16 pc. Family Bucket Meals this past Friday evening.Utilized the drive-thru. The order didn't take too long. The woman at the window was very nice and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend this location to anyone!
Had a craving for fried chicken but didnt want to do all the work ourselves. KFC Waianae is small but very nice on the inside. Since they remade the inside it's super clean and the a/c works very well. Our order was taken quickly and food came out in a timely manner. Everything was correct! Drive-thru was packed at the time so it was a very nice surprise. We have to come back again

Nice crew, but dated facilities. They are using the drive-thru cashier to accommodate customers dining in. It was so hot inside it had no AC, I wanted to eat inside but I just ate outside under the bus stop shade instead it was more cooler. I guess KFC Waianae is for people who drive-thru only, just like any other fast-food restaurants in the area.
