If it wasn't for Elena who I think might have been new. But I'm not sure who was so very sweet with a big smile on her face and very, very helpful. It would have been a worse review. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because the tall Asian gentleman that she was working with was a sourpus grouchy unhelpful. If you are hungry, this is a real footlong sandwich. Portions of meat are pretty good, some places has more vegetables than meat.Vegetarian options: You create your own veggie sandwich

Great food, reasonable prices. There's a great promo right now for a free sub but somehow it seems the employees had NO IDEA what it was when I asked about it. They just kept going on about earning stars with every order.
