Ordered saimin, a burger, and a kids loco moco. Food was ok, burger was very very dry and the patty was overdone. It reminded me more of those frozen hamburger discs instead of a hand formed patty. At $16 for a burger and fries I expected better quality.However, the most off-putting thing was our tab. They charge an additional 3% if paying by card! I get they likely do it to offset merchant fees, but to only be made aware of it after we get the ticket isn't a great customer experience.
Food was great. I would recommend the guava ribs and the Mac and cheese burger. The fried rice was also delicious. We went after 7 and it was packed so be sure to have some time when you get there.

We had a great experience here! The entire staff was really friendly. The food arrived quickly and was good. The boys gave them bonus points for having hockey on the TV. Overall a very pleasant experience.
