Food was delicious and definitely hit the spot! Only wish that the food was hot when we got it. We appreciated the wait being short, but I think that goes to show that it was not freshly prepared. My son who came back from Guam said he enjoyed the food up there. He wanted to try the food truck that served similar food so we decide to join him. There's about 5-6 food trucks upper waikele shops. A Korean bar b que, A Mexican food truck, Chamorro Grindz truck Pho -Vietnamese truck and I forget but there was another truck far end These trucks are in the back parking lot aside Coach. Red rice and FINADENI!!! Chamorro grinds us the only place on the island for Chamorro food so far but they out out decent food. The ribs and chicken are moist and delicious. The red rice is so satisfying. The chicken Kelaguen is also alright. Although I love this place, I have found that sometimes the ribs and chicken are dry depending who's on the grill that day.
