I'm so sad this store already closed its doors. I didn't know about this store until I got Kawara senbei as a gift. Kawara senbei is one of my favorite Japanese snacks and they taste soooo good. I should have known about this store a long time ago so I could have enjoyed it a little longer. But thank you for providing great snacks on the island for 101 years. This was amazingly yummy.

Ishiharaya, over 101 years of business in Hawaii. Now that you have closed your doors and will cease operations at the end of this month (only selling through other retailers), you will be so missed. Went here to get some senbei cookies before they close. The line was pretty long and only one person admitted inside at a time. They had limited merchandise which was a bummer. Only limited to 1 bag assorted senbei because that's all they had. I wanted the poi and coconut senbei, but they were all out. That is why only gave four stars.
