“Had a wonderful lunch today for three. We sat at the bar and had absolutely wonderful drinks, food, and service. Darius was efficient, so friendly and funny, and made delicious margaritas! The other staff seemed wonderful, too. Tacos and burritos bowl were very yummy. It was my first visit and the other two’s second visit here and it has been across the board awesome both times! Thanks, y’all!“

“We ate lunch today Feb 3, 2024. I am so glad I chose to eat there. We ordered the fajitas de la casa. It was very yummy.We also ordered the kids quesadilla plate and extra side of beans. It was all very tasty.Our friend ordered a pork dish and said it was great! The salsa was spicy which was great. We will be back soon.“
“What can I say that hasn't already been said? It's Mexican food, food from Mexico. And I liked it. Ate it after my first shift at my new job. CIA. If you live in Minot, North Dakota I'd suggest you leave & find shelter at a minimum of 100 miles away by May 24th. Iran is planning to attack the Air Force base, it's definitely Iran by the way. Not at all a false flag to justify a formal declaration of war.“
“OMG ?!!! " I had to say that first ? I had a craving for some good Mexican tacos . So we decided to try amigos . As we went in , we noticed they had fresh authentic food . Which made me very excited. It took us a minute to decide because , everything looked so good ? finally we decided on a burrito and Our fajita burrito was so amazingly delicious . I'm telling y'all we can eat here every day . Thank you to the guy that took our order and the wonderful lady that served us our chips and dip as we sat and enjoyed that burrito to die for “
“It's been over 20 years since I have been in Des Moines and able to have a Tasty Taco. I remember that they were good but I upgraded my taste memory because they are DELICIOUS! I need to figure out how to get to DM more frequently or better idea...Tasty Taco's open some locations in KC! You will be $$ rewarded beyond your wildest dreams because in this town you will have no competition and your food is so much better than what is here.All said food at Tasty Taco's deserve more than 5 stars. My mouth is now uncontrollably watering just writing this review!“
“AMAZING!!!! Super tender and moist cuts of meat, well-seasoned everything, and amazing simple guacamole, cheese dip, and salsa. Service was quick and concise, answering any questions and the food came out fast. You definitely should check out if you visit The District.“
“Absolutely love this place! It's our favorite eatery in all of Ankeny. On Tuesdays and during happy hour(m-f 11-5) you can get 5 or $6 giant margaritas. The food is excellent and the servers are great. They all know my girl is trying to learn Spanish and will exclusively speak to her in Spanish. We bring all our friends and family here. If you're looking for some good Mexican food this place is a no-brainer.“
“We went the last two Fridays, the first time I had the Tamales Chilango an my husband had one of the combination plates, food was delicious, some best Tamales I've had an my husband said everything on his plate was delicious as well. The service was great. The second time my husband had the Fried Mojarra with shrimp, our friend had the Chile Colorado an I had the Lunch Special #20 an 2 Asada Tacos. The tacos were delicious the meat was juicy an tender with good flavor. The burrito in my special was supposed to be chicken, I got it an it was ground beef, It was ok, kinda salty. I told the waitress it was supposed to be be chicken,she said no but then went an looked at the menu an came back an apologized. She then went into the kitchen came back out an asked if I wanted to send it back an get the right one but by then the guys were already well into their meals an I didn't want to wait an then have them sitting there waiting on me. Overall it's a pretty great place an I'll definitely be back, just hope getting the wrong order was a one time deal.“

“The tables are turned over quickly, so waiting want a problem even on Friday night. The food was quick and some of the best serve had in the area. Our waitress suggested a pineapple margarita and WOW. She was right. ? Also, get anything with chipotle sauce....“
“Arrived at 8 pm on a Thursday evening. Despite the slow night, getting the attention of the staff for service proved challenging. The food was decent, with a highlight being the Quesobrilla Tacos, as recommended in reviews – they were enjoyable and satisfying. Portion sizes were satisfactory.“
“I ordered the shrimp tacos. They were served in two tortillas wrapped in foil. They were full of shrimp. I ordered a side of diablo sauce and loved it.My lady ordered the speedy gonzales, which is a taco and enchilada. She loved the taco but thought her enchiladas were better. The Texas Margarita was very tasty with a Tajin rim.“
“If you want food just like California this is it. I bought rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole, carne asada quesadilla and bean and cheese burritos with sour cream and it was delicious. Red sauce in packets were awesome and very spicy. Place was clean and staff very nice. I’ll be back!“
“Ordered beefy burrito with no onions,As I watched my food being prepared, onions were added, when the error was noticed, the employee scrapped the onions off and added cheese, he did not add more meat. I will add he was wearing gloves. When I mentioned it, asking what he did. He stated he did out more meat to it, I told him he did not add any meat to it. I watched you.He did make a new burrito as ordered.“
“One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in all of Ankeny. Their service is the best. You will leave grinning ear to ear from the entire dining experience. The margaritas are gargantuas if you so select them. And their skinny margarita's are some of my favorite as well. The food alone is the best in all of ankeny & we've been consistent visitors for 6 years now telling everyone who visits to try them out.“
