My favorite Philly cheesesteak of all time. Plus they have lots of other items to satisfy everyone. Lines can get long but that's just because they make everything fresh right in front of you.
The quality of food is not as good as it used to be, but it's still better than most food options in the area. Service could be improved. Only one person running the entire store during lunch rush.

I used to love Pepper Jax when they first opened. The restaurant was clean. Now I feel like it has gone way downhill on cleanliness. I know their staff they have is way overworked. They need more help which seems hard to come by these days which is sad.
