First time here. Oh my gosh so good! I had chicken pesto flatbread and 3 cheese chicken quesadilla and the beach bum smoothie and wow the best thing I've eaten! I will for sure be back! Thanks so much! Also employees are super nice and fast too!
It is different than other Tropical Smoothie Cafes I have visited. Different layout which is interesting. Have the same atmosphere feeling as other locations though. Any smoothies that are on the menu are great. You cannot pick wrong with those smoothies. Food is good, but I do feel like they are a little over priced for the amount they do give you.My personal go to smoothies are Triple Berry oat, or the Acai Berry Boost, Sun rise sun set also tastes amazing as well.

The All American breakfast wrap (served all day) is totally worth the try, or the trek off the interstate. As well as anything Peanut Butter. (Unless allergic) I have been going to this place since they opened. Way back when they were one of the first places in North Ankeny. If you haven't been here? Go. There are different proteins, different smoothies, so many health options. All while still tasting delicious.
