A young man in wave cap with tattoos diffused a situation between a customer and a younger employee who was being rude and disrespectful. That young man is a leader and will go far in this life with a his attitude and leadership. I suggest a raise and promotion as a fellow business owner. That young man is why businesses thrive.
Fries had been dumped out in bag. Ice machine broke so no ice for drinks and would not refund since it was a combo meal. Probably a good thing since pop dispenser was filthy. Did not think there could be a worse wing stop than the Ames location, Ankeny just as bad.

Wingstop is excellent and they have a new manager Phil who is the nicest manager they have ever had an I would highly recommend him and all the staff. The wings are excellent matter fact there so good that I'm a daily customer. I would highly recommend there food.
