Went so the grandkids could play a little, but the AC WASN'T WORKING in the whole store, but in the play area temperature, it was over 85* in there with temp set at 60* and it wasn't doing ANYTHING grandkids had sweat running down their face just sitting there. Said something, and the employees said they had said something to the higher ups weeks ago and NEVER heard back. Even the dinner room was over 80* would've been more comfortable sitting in the sun. So far with this Burger King it is turned around very greatly! I've got to say! Including the food! But tonight I witnessed pretty much a high school manager dissing a senior cook like any teenager would. This man needs to be replaced and or taught some manners. That is all!
