Just what you would expect from these chains -- yummy American fast food with typical service (mostly entry level workers) and atmosphere (not a priority of theirs nor of mine). Slightly higher price than the cheapest of fast food, we view it as a rare treat to eat here. When we do, we struggle over whether to get Long John's fish or A&W's burgers! My husband and I don't have one of these in our town, so every time we go to Burlington we eat here. The line was out the door, and they said it would be about a 12 minute wait. We only waited maybe 7 minutes. The food was brought to the table and it was very hot and fresh. They're food is delicious and never disappoints!

The food was delivered quickly and the staff was very polite. The food itself was delicious! The reasoning for the lower review was I used a bottle of malt vinegar on my hush puppies. After realizing the vinegar tasted funny I looked at the date on the bottle to see it said "8-13-20." I ingested many vinegar that expired almost 4 years ago.
