First time to visit The Hydrant while in town visiting family and friends. Great choice for our group of 8 on a Sat night They could easily accommodate pushing several tables together. Easy for everyone to hear each other over the music. Restaurant was not so crowded and they did not push us for our tables. They didn’t mind that old friends lingered several hours to socialize! The drinks were well poured. The chicken Chipotle wrap was awesome! Not sure why it was not as busy as I would expect. The bartender was very attentive. Nice place. We will be back!
Love the owner. She's always been so sweet and goes out of her way to provide whatever she can. Went one night and the kitchen had already closed but she felt so bad that she went and got us chips and salsa at no charge. Also, their food is really good ;-)
