Consistently excellent food, good service, and a nice atmosphere. The Butcher Block has become one of our go-to choices for a special occasion or just a nicer-than-average night out.
Tonight we went out for Mothers Day dinner. They were busy but offered the patio for seating. We had Onion Rings as the appetizer, extremely good and a good sized portion for two. My wife and I ordered the Delmonico rib eye and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be back. Excellent venue.

While visiting Cedar Rapids friends told us to try this place, we were glad they did, food was excellent, service was great, enjoyed the atmosphere inside as it was 98 and humid out on their patio area, prices were reasonable and next time we are in the area we will go back
