Cedar Rapids—tried the Chicago deep dish Cappy, and cheese bread. It was cooked to perfection, crust was light, thoroughly cooked (not overcooked or dry though), ingredients were fresh, truly comparable to the real deal Giovanni’s in the Windy City…. I so rarely write reviews, but felt it necessary here… My husband and I tried Cappy’s for the first time tonight and did a call ahead pick-up order. The gal working at the check-out counter was so sweet- excellent customer service!! We ordered a large Chicago style pizza and cheesy bread. Both were incredibly delicious.
