Hy-Vee Market Grill has a variety of selection of food. They have different specials daily. If you eat the specials than it is reasonable, other wise, it can get pricey. The food is fresh and delicious. I personally liked it better when they had the Hyvee deli with the orange seats and serve your self. The service was pretty good and the manager stopped by to check on us. The wine selection is very good and the patio is nice.
Momatikwa Douti it me. I love Hy-Vee Johnson Avn SW Cedar Rapids Iowa. It is reminded me when I was working at restaurant Bocado in New York City. That smell of coffee in the morning, I love it. The good food they have make me hungry. You should come and check it out.

My husband and I came here for Happy Hour the other day and were very pleased with our visit! The bartender was super friendly, and invited us back for Wednesday night trivia - which sounds awesome. We frequent the Johnson Ave HyVee but have never been to the Market Grille, and we left wondering why the heck not!? Can't wait to go back.
