I ordered two chicken pot pies and a chicken sandwich. Both chicken pot pies were old and the chicken was a very dark color. When explained to management, was told to just stop by the next day when they were making fresh pies as if they were free!!!!
I made a large online order on Easter, and when I walked in, the whole staff was INCREDIBLY kind and reassuring that they were happy to receive the order and not inconveniencd. The manager was checking over the order and encouraging the staff positively - working along side his staff to ensure accuracy and provide support.
