Stood at the cash register waiting for a very long time. Ordered a mocha frappe, took a long time to get it and it was runny and didn't taste like normal. Very unhappy customer.
Waited 15 for burnt fries, burgers made wrong, and missing items. The only part that was right was the drink, which was 2/3rds full. The staff was rude and didn’t even say a word to us after taking our order. Very disappointing after getting off a flight and just wanting to grab something quick.
