This was a great experience my mother actually had me stop there after a drs appointment. I had never been there before and so I pulled in and we went inside and was greater right away was told we could sit wherever we would like and menue's were brought to us right away and that waitress was very polite and patient as it took me a little her to decide what I wanted. Best breakfast in town- have been going since 2009. Recently is under new ownership and just keeps getting better! The 1st Ave location is the original location with a genuine, "homey" environment. Staff always goes above and beyond and cooks never fail to deliver a perfect breakfast/lunch! They have also been very accommodating to COVID preventative measures/ sanitation. A huge bonus is that they now offer delivery on weekends, how neat! 10/10 recommend.

Excellent breakfast. We were visiting and wanted something local. This diner checked all the boxes. Friendly staff, great service and delicious food. I couldn't decide whether to have a sweet or savory breakfast so I got both. Cinnamon Roll French Toast was wonderful and the salmon cake eggs benedict was very flavorful. Highly recommend if you in Cedar Rapids.
