The food's good they have nice soups chocolate chip cookies are really great the paninis are good I used to go here weekly about 5 years ago when I worked downtown. Then ownership change. I just went here a few times lately (2021)they have new ownership and that's really made a difference. If you're near the bus depot or walking the skywalks this is a worthwhile place to eat.
Prairie Soup Company catered a 4 course meal for our event. We had 3 kinds of soup - chicken noodle, tomato basil & Italian Wedding. Salad bar with tons of toppings and homemade dressing. Spicy buffalo chicken, turkey bacon, Italian sub, & ham and cheese paninis. And their amazing delicious chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Everything was amazing! I would highly recommend Prairie Soup Company for all your catering needs!

I went to Prairie Soup Company which is located on the Skywalk level of their building which was a little tricky to figure out, but worth it. They had delicious soup but I only wish with a name like that, that they would have more than 2 soup options to choose from. Their chicken noodle soup is completely homemade, including the noodles, and tasted delicious. Great service and the staff working was exceptionally nice. I definitely plan to return!
