McDonald's is getting really expensive. Their dollar menu is hot Tea. Gotten away from customer service. No cashier on this visit was told to use the app or kiosk. Then, a lady who might be in charge sure was putting down other employees about how they make products, and hers was the best, pretty loud about it too. Had to go up to counter to find out food was done, no acknowledgment/announcement. Food was missing, and so was a drink. I had to flag someone down.Update: still hasn't changed.
