Food is very good, portions are very nice and prices are decent. This tastes like real Mexican food, not the Tex mex stuff. Always quiet and very spacious, my favorite Mexican in the area. We like to take it to go and eat at home and it's always the right order and super hot.
We’ve had to be in the city several times in this past year and have made the rounds eating at several Mexican restaurants. When I tell you the food at El Dorado is divine I mean it! Perfect rice and beans. Amazing carne asada. All the food is seasoned well and really deserves more recognition. My only regret it living so far away that I may not eat there again for a couple of month. Please give this place a try

I'd definitely return to this spot - if we still lived in Iowa! Food was solid. Sometimes it's hard to find delicious Mexican food outside CA (and Tejás). But this place quinched our thirst. And of course, complimentary chips and salsa are always a plus!
