I loved this taco bell, very close to where I live. went here all the time but they just always mess up my orders. I always order online so I can put in all my changes easier, and 9 times out of 10 they leave the lettuce on my items when I ask for no lettuce, the crunch tacos are just always inedible with how soggy they are and how easily they fall apart. the workers never seem to take their jobs seriously after 10pm, they always seem to be rushing, messing everything up and just...read full review
I worked close to this location for years, and went here for lunch more than I should have. However, one of the reasons for that was how I could always count on it. The service, the speed, and especially the quality of food, was almost always 100%. Sometimes a new fast food location is good for a few months, then after the honeymoon is over, quality falls as staff is a revolving door. It didn't seem to be the case with this location. Beautiful new building. But nobody at the cash register so everyone has to use the kiosk. The most complicated ordering process imaginable. Wanted to sit at a booth but the place was empty and old dirty alone clean. Seriously? I used to love Taco Bell.
