I was Happy with the service from the to go staff but my order was not accurate, I should not expect much from bww. You gotta baby sit the cooks. I ordered 20/20 and the boneless had two flavors,but I only got one. Traditional only had 13 wings, not 20. And they were so cooked it was hard to eat, And hardly any meat. One of the worst cuts.
