“I tried really hard to eat here, but I had budgeted a certain amount for lunch and for the life, I could not find updated pricing for them without creating a mobile account and trying to check out. No updated pictures on maps either. So whoever at corporate made the decision to scrub prices from their website, 1 star for you. After eating actual lunch somewhere else, I came in here to buy a cookie, just so I could take a picture of their board and help another person out. At the end of the day, I did find their prices on UberEATS. Sad I had to go there. Oh, but the staff in the store was fine. Store was clean. No issues at the store level save for the construction out front. Also, cookie looks good.“
“Things have greatly improved here. The food and the waitress was amazing. She did a wonderful job. She was so good at it she got to do the hostess job for her as well and tell her every time someone walked in because something was way more important for the hostest several times over, but the waitress was so good it did not bother us. Besides reading previous comments the hostest is an issue and it continues. Please do something before you lose an amazing waitress“
“Runza is always great. Midwest standard. Parking and drive through here are tricky but it's worth it! Everyone is always very nice and the food is ALWAYS fresh.Parking: Drive thru has space for four, maybe five vehicles TOTAL. Any more than that and they're hanging out into Broadway. Just be careful.“
“I feel like the fries could be cooked a minute longer they're usually not very crispy and when raising Cane's first came to council bluffs the bread was more buttery now it just tastes like they freed the bread with no butter other than that the chicken is usually cooked pretty good“

“Today was our 4th trip to Culvers. The meal we had was delicious. They have the softest pretzels and hot cheese I have ever had. I was really disappointed though with the raspberry malt. it looked like a chocolate malt instead of a raspberry one. I took a swallow and got a big mouth full of malt flavor. topped off with big chunks of raspberry. it might have been good if it was one of the cement drinks. I called back and told the worker what had happened, he said bring it back and we'll make a new one. Thank you for your kindness sir. I would definitely recommend Culvers to anyone“
“I ordered a #10, and my very clueless boyfriend didn’t know exactly what to get. Two of the staff (im sorry I don’t know your names) automatically started suggesting their favorites, saying what options they had and were so patient! We ended up having a good conversation for 10 minutes with them. I love the staff and their kindness and friendliness, for sure will be coming back for more ??? I wish I knew their names because they deserve recognition for being awesome!!“
“It was a Friday. The business was super busy right around 7 ish. A bunch of people in line waiting to order. A line of people out the door waiting for their online orders. Two lines total. And there was only four people working there butts off trying to get everyone taking care of. If u go. Go on days that they aren't busy and not on Friday nights at all. Cause people that order online get mad as heck. When they have to wait for their food to even be made!! Instead of coming in and standing in line and ordering their food.“
“You can tell the manager here, didn't catch her name but female and working at 230 on Sunday is doing her best to give people a good experience. Checks on status of her employees often. Makes sure everything is running smoothly. Was really cool to watch her work. Good job.“

“Always hot when we arrive to pick up, always get all items we order and the single time we didn't, they made sure to make it right. Staff is usually pretty nice. Food always tastes pretty good.
