I walked in from the parking lot into a clean cozy restaurant. After placing my order from the easy menu choices my food was handed to me as soon as I filled my drink cup. The servers who completed my order had a friendly attitude.Parking: Easy park and dine.
Chicken was lukewarm but always cooked. Bread ok, coleslaw fine. Fries always cold and never crisp even when we eat there. Asked for crispy fries and they repeated back as Extra Crispy fries and we're not even hot or done.

I feel like the fries could be cooked a minute longer they're usually not very crispy and when raising Cane's first came to council bluffs the bread was more buttery now it just tastes like they freed the bread with no butter other than that the chicken is usually cooked pretty good
