The staff was trying their best to get the sandwiches out as quickly as they could. Most businesses are super short staffed and struggling right now. I would like to acknowledge how nice the service was and how hard they were trying and my sandwich was great! When I walked in I noticed several patrons without food in front of them so it was obvious that everyone must have come in at once. We LOVE their new gluten free option. Hands down the best gluten free sub in the area, that we've tried. We usually order online and just pick up. There have been a few times that I arrive when my order is supposed to be ready but they haven't even started making my order. Usually not a biggie but sometimes can be an inconvenience. It doesn't keep us from ordering though.
