I love Pancheros but was disappointed with this visit. I get the same thing every time. Chicken & cheese quesadilla. For some reason, they made 2. I thought maybe they didn't understand me because of my braces so I paid for both. I sat down to eat not really inspecting my food. The quesadilla was so thin with barely anything in it. I mean like two tortillas put together with a random chicken piece here or there. I know the cost of everything is going up but come on.
This Pancheros Mexican Grill has been at this location for over a decade by my memory. I used to really enjoy their fresh burritos, especially as they and other similar restaurants were beginning to become popular across the Midwest in the early 2000s.
