The people who work here are very rude and intimidating, I literally saw the cashier yell at a customer who was confused and needed help and then I saw the cashier tell another customer "we don't have time to be making smoothies" when he asked for a smoothie. I felt nervous going up to the register to claim my free pretzel because of the bad vibes. I was afraid I'd get yelled at for ordering a free pretzel and "wasting their time" or something. I recently visited Auntie Anne's at Merle Hay, and I must say, I was disappointed with the experience. The place seemed quite dirty, with trash on the floor and tables that seemed like they hadn't been wiped down in a while.On top of that, the personnel seemed quite lazy. I saw several employees standing around, not doing much, while the line of customers grew longer and longer.
