We waited for 5 mins and was seated. We ordered fried Brussels. Delicious. Then we waited almost 45 mins for supposed to be a backyard burger and backyard burger substitute breaded chicken for burger. It showed up grilled. I was STARVING, so I ate it. I would NEVER pick a grilled chicken, but this sucker was so good.Here's why I said 3. Chuck's is a neighborhood institution with decent American/Italian food served in a welcoming and homely atmosphere. If you're a pretentious suburbanite, you won't like it, sorry. Stick with one of those chain restaurants near your subdivision.
