Very over priced, but staff was great03/14/24Decided to celebrate PI here. Our order was incorrect. The receipt said no onion, yet my wife had to pick them off. No compensation for "their" confusion.The deep dish pizza crust was dense, not light like bread. Never had "chicago style" pizza until now, and if this is what it's like. 4/5- Food quality was great, food temperature was inconsistent across my lunch party. (Friend ordered a pizza that was cold, my fiance's and my food was hot. Fries were cold and bland. 1/5- Service was abysmal. Other than the initial order interaction, drinks were not refilled, had to ask for the check after 5 mins of waiting for server to come around. We have enjoyed F&Os for many years love the pasta, deep dish pizza, onion rings and have had great service. On a recent trip I couldn’t help but notice how filthy the front of house was. Went in to the bathrooms and same story, filthy. If the front of house looks that bad, how bad is the kitchen?
