At DSM this morning. I observed the only employee backed up on tasks, the customers priority over stocking. The lady behind the counter was slow-moving and almost surely in her attitude. I got my coffee and the next customer wanted to buy a banana. The lady stated she had no bananas. The customer pointed to bananas behind her asking to buy one. The lady said they're for smoothies. The customer offered to pay for a smoothie and just take a banana. But she said, "No."Wow.
Did not open at 5 am. Had to wait around a bit. Service wasn’t friendly. I might have trouble with that if I had to start at 5 am too. Sandwich flavor was good. Not warm all the way through. Still waiting on the coffee to get to drinkable temperature. Update: coffee is decent.

Quick and friendly service, both employees were pleasant and worked efficiently together, taking and making orders while keeping the sandwiches and coffee bar area stocked. I always look forward to stopping here to grab a drink before a flight.
