A very nice and clean place to go grocery shopping and if you need help all you have to do is turn around and there's somebody there working that would be more than glad to help you

I will not shop here again. For the second time I have been charge full price when there has been a sales price sign on the item. They are willing to refund the money but unless I caught the item, I would still get charged full price. I just feel like this place is a complete rip off and will be shopping at Fareway from now on.

This whole location needs new employees. The service I received was utterly appalling to say the least. After mixing up appointment dates I had been without my high dose of SSNRI (Which is very dangerous to go without cold turkey for my specific prescription) After having a mix up and being quite desperate for an answer or way to just get a simple refill - I was given no help, no advice if anything I was lectured and looked down upon for having this hiccup in the first place. If you're working in healthcare - your job is to help. After being spoken to in such a poor manner I was told the only thing I could do was wait further and suffer the horrible withdrawals or to call an on-call physician myself - they refused to help make any calls or find any way for me to make it easier to get my regular meds refilled. After being in tears I hung up and thankfully got ahold of a completely different healthcare worker & an on-call physician was not only able to send in the refill - but showed concern for my well-being & just wanted to find any method of helping me as a patient in need. After showing up to this HORRID pharmacy they still did not have my medication ready to go. After bringing me my medication - I thought with being treated so poorly I should complain even though I hate being that kind of human. In trying to explain the poor service I was given to an employee - I was given a single response, "well you were talking to the manager so I don't know what more you want me to do." After trying to continue my complaint after being cut off this employee literally walked away from me mid sentence. *cue in the worst manager you can imagine* So now the woman I spoke to on the phone has come up to further cut me off and not only argue with me on my experience but completely deny any sort of poor behavior on her part. She even went as far as claiming to have offered to call the on-call physician for me while I was on the phone with her - lying straight to my face. After dozens of times trying to complete a single sentence to this staff without being cut-off, interrupted & undermined I had to start raising my voice just to try to be heard - all to no avail. The only moment I could get her to listen was to remind her that the patients that come in to her not only rely on those medications heavily - but we are all human beings and to be frank - "Sh!t happens that causes hiccups in everyday life, you don't know me or the hiccups I'm currently experiencing to cause this delay - so it's fairly poor to lecture someone about how the situation came to be - when your job is to help as a healthcare professional. They even went as far to claim that they called me to say they were filled but that I didn't answer - I gave them my phone number and stated they should already have it on file, especially after that dreadful call. they went on to admit they did have the correct number on file - but remained to play d*** as to why I didn't receive a call from them to notify me that they were filling my meds. I can't even rant any further about the rest of the poor argument I had just trying to file a simple complaint. I was again walked away from mid-sentence only to be told sarcastically to have a nice day. The manager hands down needs to be fired - the other two women on staff that couldn't of cared less and were of no help to me in the simple form of letting a patient/customer speak up when they feel they service they've been given was severely unprofessional and downright wrong - also need to be fired. It's clear when you're in healthcare for the check - not the desire to help people who need it. Disgusting staff.

This is Hyvee I always go to. Never had any problems. Great customer service, friendly people and very convenient. Tonight I went and bought stuff to make chicken tacos. Got home to find the shells I bought were moldy. Had to throw out. Expiration date was 04/20.

Well, the pictures tell the whole story, Men's room, bar area, Bartender had her kids taking up the best table, we came into watch the packers/49es game and no sports on the TVs. The tables facing the bar/game had one person, employee on break. Ron Peirson would have fired everyone Such a stain on the company. We watched most of the game and nothing changed.

During peak hours , every time , every day , 3 out of 13 lanes are open. Always huge lines of people. How hard is it to fix this ??? Its pretty simple . Figure it out Manager !!!!!

Is there a reason we have to sack our own groceries and load our own cart while the cashiers, baggers and managers either pretend we're not there or just stare at us and don't even offer to help? I can't remember the last time I didn't have to sack my own groceries and load my own cart and I go every week. I loaded my own cart today until it was time to pay so I left a few bags for the cashier to load. I took my time paying just to see if he would put the bags in my cart and he had no intentions is helping. He literally just stood there and stared at me. And the baggers & the managers only help those customers who have a few items and ignore those that have a cart full. This is horrible customer service!
