Went through the drive thru. I know I ordered a good amount of food but the staff was slow, an noticed at least 2 workers not doing anything, they have a sign that says low staff outside the window. But yet the staff working could at least work.The food though was ok. Just mainly slow. So don't be in a rush to get going even through a drive thru.Could be improved.

So the food was good but there are gnats everywhere and the bathroom omg it reeked so bad in there like a sewer pipe or something is busted toilets and everything were clean but the longer you was in there the worse the smell got. I got a fruit punch and a gnat came out of the nozzle and none of the metal pieces you put your cup on was clean. I love kfc so I won’t stop getting kfc but I’ll just have to go a little further away from home to get it because I will not be returning back to this location as it seems it has gone downhill on the inside

It’s hard having sympathy for this place having a lack of staff when it takes almost 40 minutes to get your order that you ordered 20 minutes before even getting to the store.

I know they are trying thier best but damn. I got 2 little pieces of chicken in my famous bowl. Somehow it has a sweet taste to it? Had to toss it. No real way to get it made it right.

The BBQ chicken sandwich is tasty and large. I didn't care for all the seasoning on the fries, so I'm not eaten. The worst part was I went there for Taco Bell. I was told that side was shut down. When I asked the associate what was up with Taco Bell since this had happened twice now, he replied that he shut it down for cleaning so he could go home on time. What?! Business will go under if they aren't open until closing time. Hire someone who will keep your business open. No wonder McDonald's is the #1 fast food chain. They know how to run a business and make certain it happens. That's where I've been going now, so I don't waste time driving somewhere else.

I understand being understaffed, but with the lobby closed and JUST drive thru running, it shouldn't take 15 minutes for 4 biscuits. I can't imagine having things THIS slow when there are multiple workers inside. And one managed to sit outside with her boyfriend with a headset on while we are STILL waiting on biscuits.
