We usually order from the south side location. However, we were having a fellowship at our church so the east side location is closer. The staff was so helpful and friendly from order to delivery. The food was wonderful as always.
Food was hot fresh and ready for pick up , was greeted with a smile and verified my order by showing me the contents in there containers . The store look clean and maintained inside and out .Parking: Easy access , well lighted , can be noticed from the street .
I've been in Iowa about 4 months now and this is my go-to for pizza. Their crust is amazing and they love putting garlic butter on everything, which is a decision I support 100% - keep up the great work guys!!

I ordered delivery and waited for my food to get delivered and it never came. I called to the store. They said he was going to be on his way. 30 minutes later still no pizza so I happen to go outside in my pizza was just sitting on the porch mind you I live in apartments Just sitting on the porch So, by the time I brought it inside, we were eating cold pizza. I tried to call back to the store and nobody answered!!! Not once did the delivery driver call my number try to communicate not once did the store call and communicate it was absolutely ridiculous and I spent like $50 that night!
Ordered a thin crust with easy on the sauce. Was drenched in sauce and crust was soggy. Kids pizza was regular crust also light sauce, same thing lots of sauce and soggy. If my kids could have waited I would have called but we ate it anyway. Was still good just not how we wanted it. Will order again though.

At one time we truly loved Northern Lights pizza. However the last couple of times we ordered scooby snack and bread sticks. The scooby snacks looked burnt and was dry. The bread sticks were good. The delivery driver was polite and professional.

I will no longer be ordering from Northern Lights pizza. I have always been frustrated with their pace in deliveries and it’s always here within an hour to hour and half. I completed an order online and after 1.5 hours I call them to get the ETA like I always end up doing. I was told it was on its way and would arrive any minute. Well after another thirty minutes we look outside and the food is on our porch and it was all cold. I called to complain and the manager said that the person says she knocked and rang the doorbell. This was a complete lie. The manager tried to argue with me so I hung up on them.
