Traveling cross country and stopped for the night in Des Moines. Found Panka looking for vegan options near our hotel. We placed our order and they called me immediately to let me know I ordered a lunch item. The atmosphere is so nice and the food is amazing! We happened to get there during happy hour which goes until 7 pm even on Friday so that was cool.We got a small happy hour appetizer (Peruvian ceviche) that was so flavorful! My husband got the arroz con mariscos and I got the tacu tacu. Both were so good and made me want to come back to try more! They even surprised me with a birthday treat.
