We were staying at a local hotel and ordered a pizza for supper. They sent our order with door dash. The driver never showed up but marked our food as delivered. We called and placed another order by phone and they told us they don't send orders through door dash. Our second order showed up with another door dasher. It was cold and partially eaten.

What's the point of a delivery fee when they sub contract to door dash? If I wanted door dash to deliver, i would of ordered from door dash, plus I would of gotten something better than this mediocre food. Your better off ordering from doordash or some other pizza
Never delivered my pizza and after 2.5 hours I called to cancel and they told me they already canceled it because it was too foggy in my alley? Never contacted me or anything. Just made the pizza, came 99% of the way here, and gave up because of fog.

This was not a good experience. The crust was so hard it was barely edible. The cinnamon rolls had so much frosting it was like soup and they were not cooked thoroughly. I ordered light sauce not no sauce. And the two for $6.99 cost me just under 23.00.
Was on time for pick up.
