The food and the drinks or fantastic, especially for the price. The service was super nice. One downside to the place is their phone doesn't seem to work. That's a small complaint for an overall great little bar to go to to watch a game and have some good cheap food with good
Oh my god... what KIND people! I have NEVER felt so personally welcomed at a restaurant. People introduced themselves to us, offered to buy us a drink. Chelsea made me a drink not on the menu that I was craving. And the food? GOOD, basic burgers. I can't believe they were only $1. Two people, two drinks, three burgers and some fries $17. Unbelievable. It's like going to dinner in 1995. We're totally sold on this place and will be back - often.

It's too bad that the dirtbags with the City of Des Moines is making the owner move. Their reasoning is nothing short of a lie. This intersection was never a problem in the 50 years I've lived. I've had friends in this neighborhood for nearly that whole time, and driven past here thousands.
