Love looking for local, unique places to eat. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The food was great! I had the Hash Brown Platter- The Burlington Sleeper and it did not disappoint. I couldn’t eat all of it. My husband had the Union Pacific French Toast and loved it!

Along with it also being an antique shop, this hidden gem was a great find for a good meal with good service.Their menu is specific to the theme and it's certainly a contender for my consideration for a more regular spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch engagement. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because there are some aspects of the experience that did have a bit of a "free hotel breakfast" feel to it's options of beverages. Coffee that was burnt and juices from the same machine you see in cheap hotels. The food was delicious, the only two issues I had was the eggs that were served (over easy) one of them had the yoke popped prior which was a bummer. That and the toast was only half toasted. One piece was toasted while the other was just bread. It bent and folded without crunch or any real sign of being toasted.Beyond those two issues, the food was great.4/5 - would recommend for friends and family.

This is a little breakfast joint with a great atmosphere and good food. The inside is rather small, so expect it to fill up at prime hours. Also, parking around this area isn't straightforward. We ordered a few items and while everything was good, there was nothing in particular that stood out as unique or interesting. The decor is great - our 3 year old loved the food and the trains.

Fun restaurant for breakfast. Can be a bit of a wait due to the limited seating but we lucked out when we arrived. Various food options including GF options. No issues with getting glutened from the meal. My son had the French dip and said he'd come back got it if we lived there. The only thing I would avoid is the coffee. Terribly bitter and very unpleasant to drink.

Food was good sized portions and very tasty. Service was above what one sees today although when asked what toast choices were server just pointed at a sign …. Almost made one feel like we we had inconvenienced her.

Great diner spot! They have a vegan menu as well which has continued to be improved and refined.I’ve had great meals both dining in and as take out. Vegan biscuits and gravy is always a good option as well as the “slingers” or Vegan French toast. It gets busy at peak breakfast times so be aware, but fortunately you can browse Raccoon Forks antiques and etc while you wait.

I had the absolute best waffle I have ever had in my life here, the brewed coffee was excellent, not watery, and the bacon was cooked to absolute perfection. Not too crispy not too underdone. Wish they had table service though.
