We visited Splash to celebrate several birthdays in our party. The service was superb, the food excellent (as always) and the atmosphere relaxed. They even printed special birthday menus!

I hadn't been to Splash for a couple of years, and it did not disappoint. Rex the bartender remembered exactly how I liked my cocktail. The food was indescribably delicious. I'm not letting that much time pass before I return.
Table was positioned in the doorway of the bar. It was cold, noisy and people were constantly walking within inches of my seat. The worst experience. I spoke to the cold hostess, she said that's the table assigned and walked off. Just rude. We were very disappointed.
Splash is always a wonderful dining experience. We love the scallops. I order mine pan-seared with the Moutarde sauce. My asparagus was also cooked to perfection as was the lobster mac and cheese. Great wine list as well!
We went prior to attending a show at the Civic Center. Everyone was so wonderful. Our waitress, Heather, made sure to check in to make sure all was okay with our food and drinks. A wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!
We had a great experience at Splash. We started with the Lobster Wontons, served with a Yuzu sesame sauce. A burst of flavor in each bite. My Shrimp Risotto was full of flavor and so creamy. Serving size was more than generous. My boyfriend's filet was very good! His side choices were broccolini and sweet potato mash; both very tasty. We opted for the Chocolate Strawberry Tart for dessert (don't quote me on the name, it was on their February menu) It was one of the best tarts we've had. The crust was amazing and full of flavor!

Splash has been go to for many years, tho we had not been there for a while. Food was excellent. Atmosphere pretty good. And our server was appropriately attentive. My only ding would be not being given a new glass for wine when I ordered something different for my second round, i.e., new wine was poured in on top of the old. Other than that, the evening was delightful - pre-symphony event over at the Civic Center.

My wife is gluten free (allergy not celiac) and we like to have her study the menu before we arrive but the menu doesn't show or comment much about gluten free options. While our server was diligent in addressing questions on this, it would be less intrusive to the overall experience if the menu proactively addressed this in the menu. Not a complaint, rather a suggestion..... Thanks.

Very disappointing! We had 2 very nice starters but our dinner didn't arrive. We were left to just sit and wait! Meanwhile all of the guests that had arrived after us had been served their meals and even finished eating before our waitress finally came past our table and we asked about our dinners. She came back later to let us know our meal orders had been misplaced in the kitchen. She had never checked back as to why we had no meals, did not refill waters, etc.; we were just totally ignored! My husband's meal was to be seabass cioppino over fettuccine in white cream sauce. When our meals finally arrived, the sea bass and fettuccine was in a spicy tomato-based sauce which causes my husband digestive issues. He scraped as much of the sauce as he could off of the seafood, left the fettuccine uneaten and we called it an evening. We were out celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary so this made the evening extremely disappointing!
Service was extraordinary and the ambiance is always special at Splash. The food was very very good, maybe just not quite as exceptional as we've come to expect at Splash, for the money we pay. I had the seafood cioppino, which was good but contained exactly one scallop and one shrimp and one small chunk of sea bass and then a bunch of clams. My partner had the yellow fin tuna, which he really enjoyed. The chocolate cake for dessert was good, but certainly not decadent. But, a very fine dining experience overall.
I selected the beet salad and red snapper from the special menu for Winefest Wine and Dine Week. My husband ordered a filet off the regular menu. Our food was excellent and our server did a great job.

If you want to spend 200 dollars for tuna helper and some drinks when you are ordering lobster Mac and cheese. Adding fish to something that’s supposed to be shellfish is not a wise decision. We have eaten here before, we have ordered these things multiple times and enjoyed them. Corners have been desperately cut and the quality of the food has declined drastically! My lobster bisque had shrimp and fish in it. We enjoyed the he escargot and the drinks, our server did a wonderful job. The food really needs desperate attention.

I love this restaurant! It's always an experience of delight in the flavors and presentation of the food. I like to introduce new people to the restaurant and come to celebrate special occasions.

I have been to splash for dinner in the past and always had a good experience. But New Year's Eve was a disappointment. We took friends with us and had a reservation. We were seated right away. It appeared that the wait staff were very busy and overwhelmed. we ordered our meal and the waiter returned to tell me that they were out of what I ordered so I ordered something different and then 15 minutes later they returned and told me once again what I ordered was not available. I would think being New Year's Eve they would've had planned better. Our reservation was for 8 o'clock and we finally got our food at 9:30. When we did get our food, it was cold. my husband, not being a seafood lover, of course order steak. He asked for A1 or Hienz 57 but was told by the waiter he didn't believe they had either one, but didn't even offer to check. Neither are not uncommon sauces for steak lovers to ask for but again being a seafood place maybe this is why they didn't have that available. Overall, this experience was a disappointment.
